Mutton bones clear soup



Ingredients:

Mutton bones                      - 500 g
shallots/small onions          - 6-8
ginger crushed                    -1/2 inch
garlic crushed                     -1-2 cloves               
fennel seeds                        -1/2 tsp
cumin seeds                        -1/2 tsp      
curry leaves                         -few
cilantro                                 -little
salt                                        -to taste
turmeric                                -1/4 tsp
pepper                                   -to taste

Method:

  • In a pressure cooker put all the ingredients above along with 3  cups of water.
 

  • Pressure cook for a whistle and simmer upto 45 - 60 minutes.
  • witch off and open it when the pressure goes off.
  • Filter the soup and add desired salt and pepper more if needed.


  • Garnish with chopped cilantro.

  • Serve hot .
