grapes juice
Grapes juice
Ingredients:
Grapes-500g
sugar -2 tbsp
water -3 cups.
Method:
Remove the stems and wash the grapes thorougly.
In a pot add grapes and 3 cup of water.
Allow it to cook until the grapes skin loses its colour completely.
Allow it to cool off and filter it in a bowl.
Squeeze the grapes with the hands taking all the juices.
Add 2 tbsp of powdred sugar(you can adjust sugar according to your need)
Refrigerate and serve it cool
Serves 4
