Cauliflower masala dosai

Cauliflower masala dosai



 Ingredients:

Dosa batter              - 1 cup
cauliflower masala  -  1 cup
ghee/oil                    -  3-4 tsp


Method:

  • In a tawa spread a scoop of dosa batter into nice round circle.

  • Drizzle a tsp of ghee/oil on it.
  • When it starts turning golden spread a scoop of cauliflower masala at the center.
 

  • After a while slowly fold the dosa from one side as in pic.

  • Now fold the other side as in pic.

  • Remove from tawa and Serve  with chutney.
