Ingredients

Mullangi (Radish)-1 (shredded)
Onion-1/2
Tomato-1
Garlic-3
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tbsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
Tamarind juice-1/4 cup
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
oil -2 tbsp
salt to taste
sugar-1tbsp
 

Method

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a  pan and add mustard seeds,crushed garlic.
  • add the onion and fry till it turns goldenbrown

  • Now add tomato and saute well.

  • Add shredded mullangi/radish and stir well for 5 minutes.

  • After that put all spice powders and salt and stir for another 3 minutes
  • Then pour the tamarind juice cook well and add a tbsp of sugar.
  • Then garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Radish pachadi is ready to serve.
