Uraddal -1 cup
chanadal -5 tbsp
Red chili -4 or 5
Tamarind -1/2 inch
curry leaves- few
salt -to taste
- Roast all ingredients with a tsp of oil until nice aroma comes out.
- Allow it to cool down and blend it into a powder (neither too fine nor too coarse)
- Serve with idly or dosa with oil/ghee
- Store it into air tight container.
