Chicken fried rice

Chicken fried rice



Ingredients:

Basmathi Rice           - 1 1/2cup
chicken                      -150g
chopped cabbage       - 1/2 cup
chopped green beans - 1/4 cup
chopped carrots          - 1/4 cup
chopped bellpepper    - 1/4cup
Chopped onion           - 1/2 cup
egg                              -2
soya sauce                   - 2 tsp
salt                              - to taste
ajinomotto                  - pinch
pepper                         - 1 tsp
oil                                - 2 tsp
springonion                 - to garnish (optional)


 Method:

  • In a pot add 5 cups of water and cook rice with salt upto 90%



  • Drain the water and keep it aside.
  • In a pan cook chicken in little water and salt.



  • shred the chicken into pieces.



  • In a pan scramble egg with salt and pepper and keep it aside.



  • In a pan heat oil  and add onion.



  • Add all the vegetables and stir well for a minute.



  • Now put the cooked chicken and scrambled egg and mix well



  • Put the soy sauce,vinegar,salt,pepper and ajinomotto(optional).



  • Stir well and add the cooked rice to it,stirwell for 2-3 minutes
 


  • Garnish with spring onions.













Serve with any veg or non veg accompaniment
