Chicken fried rice
Ingredients:
Basmathi Rice - 1 1/2cup
chicken -150g

chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup
chopped green beans - 1/4 cup
chopped carrots - 1/4 cup
chopped bellpepper - 1/4cup
Chopped onion - 1/2 cup
egg -2

soya sauce - 2 tsp
salt - to taste
ajinomotto - pinch
pepper - 1 tsp
oil - 2 tsp
springonion - to garnish (optional)
Method:
- In a pot add 5 cups of water and cook rice with salt upto 90%
- Drain the water and keep it aside.
- In a pan cook chicken in little water and salt.
- shred the chicken into pieces.
- In a pan scramble egg with salt and pepper and keep it aside.
- In a pan heat oil and add onion.
- Add all the vegetables and stir well for a minute.
