Rava ladoo

Rava ladoo




Rava              - 1 cup
sugar              - 1 cup
ghee               -  1/4 cup
cashews         -  10-15
milk               -  4-5 tbsp

Method 1:

  • In a pan heat  ghee add fry cashews until golden and remove keep it aside.
  • In a pan heat 1/8 cup of ghee and fry rava until nice aroma comes.

  • Now add sugar to it .

  • Keep stirring for another few minutes.
  • Remove it  and when it is warm sprinkle little evaporated milk/boiled warm milk enough to make ladoos.Add the fried cashews..
  • Make ladoos/balls of small size.

Method 2:

  • In a pan heat  little ghee and fry cashews until golden and keep it aside.
  • Again heat little more ghee and fry rava until nice aroma comes out and allow it to cool.
  • Powder the sugar into fine powder.
  • Powder the fried rava into a fine powder.
  • Mix cashews,powdered rava  and powdered sugar  together with evaporate milk/boiled milk and ghee as needed to hold it into fine laddoos/balls.

  • Make it into equal sized laddoos.
  • Serve the yummy laddoos.
