How to make sprouts:
- Take a cup of green moong dhal/pasipayaru.
- Soak it in water for 12 hours.
- Drain the water thoroughly.
- Put the drained green moong dhal in a hot pack
- Keep the hot pack closed tightly for 48 hours.
- Open it to see healthy sprouts.
- You can make the following recipes with the sprouts.
