How to make sprouts

How to make sprouts:



  • Take a cup of green moong dhal/pasipayaru.
  • Soak it in water for 12 hours.

  • Drain the water thoroughly.

  • Put the drained green moong dhal in a hot pack

  • Keep the hot pack closed tightly for 48 hours.
  • Open it to see healthy sprouts.

  • You can make the following recipes with the sprouts.
