 Shrimp/prawn 65


Ingredients:

Shrimp/prawn         -  20
yogurt                      - 2 tbsp
salt                           - to taste
ginger garlic paste   - 1 tbsp
chilli powder           -1/2 tbsp
corn flour                - 1 tbsp
red colour                - a pinch
ginger&garlic          - 1 tsp finely chopped
onion                       - 2 tbsp diced
curry leaves             -  few
oil                             - to fry


Method:

  • In a bowl combine yogurt,salt,gingergarlic paste,chilli powder,corn flour,red colour and marinade shrimps in it for atleast 30 minutes.

  • Deep fry in oil until golden

  • Now In a small pan heat oil add chopped ginger and garlic and diced onions with curry leaves and fry until raw flavour goes off.

  • Put the fried shrimps to it and stir for few seconds
  • Serve as an appetizer
