Paneer Pepper Garlic Fried rice


Ingredients:

cooked Rice                -  2 cups
Paneer                         - 1oo g cut into small cubes
onion                           - 2 tbsp chopped
garlic                           -  3 cloves finely chopped
bell pepper                  -   2 tbsp
spring onion                - 1/2 cup
salt                              - to taste
pepper                          - 11/2 tsp
soy sauce                      -  1 tsp
tomato sauce                 - 1tsp
oil                                 -1-2 tsp

Method:

  • In a pan heat oil and add the chopped garlic to it
 
  • After it turns golden add the chopped onions
 
  • When the onion turns transparent add the cubed paneer
 
  • After a minute add the chopped bell pepper to it
 
  • Add the chopped spring onions(leave little for garnish at the end)
 
  • Fry for a minute and add tomato sauce and soy sauce
 
  • Mix well and add salt and pepper
 
  • After a while add the cooked rice and stir for 3 minutes
 
  • garnish with left over spring onions
