Chicken lollipop
Chicken wings     -  6

All purpose flour -1/2 cup
Bread crumbs      -2 tbsp

Egg                      -1
Chilli powder       -1/4 tsp
Pepper powder      -1/4 tsp
Oil                         -for deep fry
Salt                        - to taste

for sauce
soy sauce                 -1 tbsp
chilli paste               -1/2tsp
vinegar                    -1/2 tsp
tomato ketchup        -1 tbsp
Chopped ginger garlic-1 tsp
Honey                        -1/4 tsp
  • Hold the bone of the chicken and pull the skin of  the chicken wings  downwards .
  • Lightly beat an egg with chilli powder, pepper powder and salt  in a bowl.

  • In another bowl  mix together the flour,bread crumbs.
  • Drop the chicken  into the egg mixer  and soak it for a  few seconds and then into the flour mixture coating on all sides.

  • Put the coated pieces on a plate

  • Heat oil in kadai or pan on medium heat

  • Cook for several minutes on each side until they are golden brown.

  • Take a bowl and add all the ingredients  for sauce and mix well.

  • Heat one tbsp of oil  and add finely chopped ginger & garlic and pour that mixture.(if you need sprinkle little water)

  • cook for a mintue then add chicken  mix well .

  • Ready to Serve.
