Cabbage fry

 

Ingredients:



Cabbage                - 500g
oil                          - 1tbsp
fennel seeds           - 1 tsp
salt                         - to taste
chilli powder         -  2 tsp
garam masala        -  1 tsp

turmeric                 - pinch
cilantro                  - to garnish
 

Method:

 
  • In a pan heat oil and temper with fennel seeds

  • Add cubecut cabbage to it with desired salt

  • Add the chilli powder and garam masala to it

  • Fry until the cabbage shrinks to half and good aroma comes out.

  • Garnish with cilantro
 

  • You can eat as a salad or serve as accompaniment with Rice and curry
