Broccoli fry

 

Ingredients:

Broccoli                            -  350 g
onion                                 - 1/2 finely chopped
tomato                               - 1/2 finely chopped
ginger garlic paste            -  1 tsp
salt                                    -  to taste
chilli powder                    -  1 tsp
garam masala                   -  1 tsp
oil                                     -  1 tbsp

  

Method:

  • Wash and cut broccoli into tiny florets
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the onion
  • Fry until it turns transparent and add ginger garlic paste
  • After the raw smell goes off add the tomatoes 
  • Now add all the spices
  • Now add the broccoli and salt
  • fry sprinkling little water in between frequently

  • Serve with Rice
