Tofu Vada



Tofu Vada (Healthy kid snack)

Ingredients

Extra firm tofu                   -350 g drained&mashed
besan/gram flour                -1 cup
rice flour                            - 1/2 cup
onion                                  -1/2 finely chopped
cilantro                               -finely chopped
salt                                     -to taste
chilly powder                      -11/ 2 tsp
ginger garlic paste               -1 tbsp
oil                                       -to deep fry

 

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  • make circular patties and deep fry it in hot oil.
  • serve with tomato sauce.
