Green Dosa


Green moong dal - 1 cup
garlic - 2 cloves
green chillies - 1
salt - to taste


  • Soak the green moongdal for 12 hours in water
  • Drain the water completely and put the green moong dal in hot pack for 2 days
  • the moong dal sprouts .
  • add it in a mixer along with garlic, green chilies ,salt and little water and grind into a dosa batter consistency.
  • Make dosa crepes and serve it with coconut chutney
