Egg Kothu Parotta


Parotta                          - 6  crushed to bite size pieces 
 ( u can make using our virudhunagar paratha  recipe too)
oil                                 - 2 tsp
Egg                               - 2
Onion                            - 1 finely chopped
Tomato                          - 1 finely chopped

chilli powder                  - 1 tsp
Green  chillies                 -2 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste          - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves             - 1 tsp chopped finely
Curry leaves                  - few
gravy or salna                 -(of chicken/mutton without pieces) 
(you can check our gramathu chicken kuzhambu)
salt                             -  to taste


  •  Heat the oil in the heavy bottom pan and add curry leaves ,green chili, and onion.
  • fry till onion turn into golden brown then add ginger garlic paste.
  • After the raw flavor goes off add tomato and cook them until mushy.
  • Now add chili powder and  desired salt

  • Add just one egg and scramble well.

  • Now add the bite sized parathas and give a stir .
  • add one more egg so that parotta is coated well with the egg 
  • Now add the gravy/salna  mix it well .

Garnish with coriander
