Country chicken roast

Ingredients:

country chicken  legs                -     2
oil                                              -      for frying

FOR MARINATING:
yogurt                                        -       2 tbsp

ginger garlic  paste                    -        2 tbsp

coriander powder                       -        1 tbsp

chilli powder                             -         1 tsp

turmeric                                     -          1/4 tsp

garam masala                             -          1/4 tsp

cumin  powder                           -            1/2 tsp

salt                                            -             to taste

corn flour                                   -             1 tbsp

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients well  for marination with the chicken and marinate for atleast 2 hours
  • Now heat oil in  a pan andn fry it on both sides until golden brown
  • Serve squeezing lemon juice with sliced onions

Serves  2
