Corn Pulav


Basmathi rice - 1cup

sweet corn -1 cup

green chillies - 2 sliced

onion - sliced 1/2

red bell pepper - chopped 1/2 cup

ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

garam masala - to sprinkle

salt - to taste

Butter - 1 tbsp


  • In a cooker heat butter and add onions and sliced green chillies
  • after a minute add the ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw flavour goes off
  • Now add the red bell pepper and fry for a minute
  • Follow it with the corns and add 2 cups of water
  • after the water boils add washed basmathi rice to it and required salt
  • close the cooker and pressure cook for a whistle
  • Serve it with kadai chicken or Butter paneer masala if you prefer veg curry
